3. How We Process Your Order
- Order Confirmation:Â Once you place an order, our team will call you or confirm it via SMS within 24 hours.
- Packaging:Â Your product goes through a final quality check and is packed securely.
- Dispatch:Â The parcel is handed over to the courier service on the same or next day.
4. Tracking Your Parcel
Don’t worry about where your product is! Once your order is shipped, we will send you a Tracking ID or Link via SMS. You can check the live location of your parcel anytime.
5. Important Delivery Rules
- Phone Active:Â Please keep your mobile phone ON. The rider will call you before delivery.
- Open Parcel Policy:Â You are allowed to open the parcel and check the product in front of the delivery man before paying.
- Partial Delivery:Â We do not support partial delivery (e.g., ordering 2 shirts and taking only 1). If you check, you must take the full order or return the full order.
