Sizing: Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering. Measurements may vary slightly (+/- 0.5 inch) due to manual manufacturing processes.

Stock Availability: All products are subject to availability. If an item goes out of stock after you place an order, we will inform you and cancel/refund that specific item.
Right to Cancel: Black Rose Point reserves the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity, incomplete address, or if the customer does not pick up the phone for confirmation.

Fixed Price: All prices listed on the website are fixed. No bargaining is allowed.
Price Changes: Prices can change at any time without prior notice based on market conditions, but this will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, and Nagad.

Third-Party Courier: We use third-party courier services (like Pathao/Steadfast/RedX). Therefore, we cannot guarantee a specific time of delivery (e.g., “Must deliver at 10 AM”).
Delivery Attempts: The courier will attempt delivery twice. If you fail to receive the parcel, it will be returned to us.

As per our strict company policy, you MUST check the product in front of the delivery man.
Once the delivery person leaves your premises, Black Rose Point will not be responsible for any claims regarding missing items, wrong sizes, or defects.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be handled within the jurisdiction of Gazipur/Dhaka courts.
